Shipment processing time

Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, a good range to keep in mind would be 3-6 days. All orders placed will be shipped to the buyer in 5-7 business days .Orders are shipped or delivered on working days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

https://www.sprog.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or mail us at info@sprog.in mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
